Kidz K'nect Resource Center is here and ready to receive you into our worlds! Stop by on your next outing to tour our facilities. Our normal administrative hours are 9am-4pm M-F. Our program hours are based on the needs of each program whether after school or summer.

WORLD OF ART
In The World of Art- is a support to Learning and allows kids to unwind. While attempting to help the kids by educating them, we also realize they need time to enjoy and self-reflect. The World of Art stems from the art of music, playing, relationships, and more. We help kids cope by social, emotional learning methods, yoga, and other fun and artistic outlets. Whether they are outside playing basketball, inside dancing, painting a self-portrait or coloring a picture they drew, this is time for them to connect with themselves and others in a purposeful, yet playful way. We also have a gated garden behind our facility that we are looking forward to watching the kids nurture and enjoy.

WORLD OF LEARNING
In The World of Learning, we've provided free tutoring in Math and Reading for any student at risk of missing these foundational supports for life. We've hosted a STEM program, where the shocked student’s dissected squid while wearing their goggles, lab coats and gloves! They tested the DNA of a strawberry (new to me) and more. Super fun for everyday kids who thought they would miss their electronics. Who said the World of Learning couldn't be fun!

WORLD OF EMPOWERMENT
The World of Empowerment is strictly for ADULTS ONLY! As much as we love and work for our kids, we can’t forget about ourselves. This world provides an escape but allows time and resources for improvement. We have a computer lab for those looking for work, a space for meetings, parenting classes, business building, career development, home buying seminars, networking opportunities and more! We have also provided services for our Veterans who have served, to be served as they transition back to civilian life.​
Kidz K'nect Resource Center, is a non-profit 501 (c)3 organization, where we are dedicated to nurturing family relationships, closing socioeconomic gaps, and nurturing the whole child. We thrive with support of grants and donors. Grants have been great but are often limiting in their scope. Your support will allow us to expand and continue to provide programs derived from this community's specific needs.
